Free Marketing Opportunities Available for Local Nonprofits
The Tribune & Georgian and the Georgia Center for Nonprofits have partnered to produce a Nonprofit Community Page in the Tribune & Georgian each month, filled with interesting facts about our local nonprofits.
The Nonprofit Community Page can give you another venue for community visibility, at no cost to local nonprofits. When asked about the NPC Page, Habitat for Humanity of Camden County’s Executive Director, Christi Gallagher, said, “The Nonprofit Community Page coordinated by GCN, with its volunteer ads for nonprofits, has been wonderfully helpful. We’ve recruited several people with ours.”
There are the various ways a nonprofit can utilize the NPC Page:
- Place free ads for volunteers and/or get help with writing ads and planning for volunteer help
- Request a feature article about a best practice in your nonprofit that could help other nonprofits
- Share an education event or fundraising event with the community
To participate in any of the above, an organization may contact Amanda Zubrowski with the Georgia Center for Nonprofits, at (912) 262-6503 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
